Do you love leading a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and delivering excellent clinical practise to children and young people in mainstream schools?

 

Redbridge Education, Access and Inclusion Services have exceptional specialist support services delivering to a wide range of schools and education settings.

 

We are expanding this central service to include a dedicated school focused Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy service and seeking a Head of Therapies to lead a team to create an innovative, and sustainable service for the most vulnerable children and young people.

 

As part of this therapy support service within Education and Inclusion, you will work alongside our 50 specialist support teachers, (SEaTSS Specialist Education and Training Support Service)

 

The well supported role will include opportunities to conduct direct and indirect therapy and train those who work and or live with children and young people with special and additional needs.

 

Experience in carrying out effective, evidence based, intervention with children and young people including Developmental Language Disorders; Down’s Syndrome; Autism and Selective Mutism.
