We currently have an opportunity for a full time Safeguarding Administrator working in the Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Team. This is a rewarding and varied administrative role in which you will be providing administrative support to the Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO). Your duties will include attending and minuting allegation meetings, sending out documents before and after meetings, collating reports, ensuring statutory deadlines are met and maintaining records and databases.
You will also be providing admin support for the Child Protection Team for child protection conferences, including minute taking, sending out documents before and after meetings and ensuring statutory deadlines are met.
You should have excellent administrative skills, matched with strong customer care skills and have knowledge and experience of data inputting. You must have excellent minute taking skills (preferably to Management meeting level), a good eye for detail, excellent time management skills and be able to maintain high levels of speed and accuracy whilst managing competing priorities.
