Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Full-time
As a Service Manager you will join our duty cover system. This will mean working within services on an allocated weekend and providing telephone support during your duty week (Monday to Monday) outside of office hours. Duty cover is arranged on a rota basis and you will be required to provide duty cover and weekend work approximately once every 8 weeks.

About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly-motivated, forward thinking Service Manager to join our Community Support team. We provide support to adults with a learning disability, living independently in the community and within our Supported Living schemes, located in Eastbourne, Hailsham, Ringmer and Crowborough.
You will focus on the management and development of the Supported Living schemes. Leading, motivating and inspiring the staff team while working closely with the wider management team to deliver quality services to clients.
Ideally you will have a recognised Level 5 professional qualification or similar level of experience. Knowledge of the standards required of a regulated service and experience of working with people who receive support from social care services is essential.
