About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for highly-motivated Early Years Practitioners to bring their early years skills to East Sussex’s Early Help Service for families (0-19). East Sussex is now seeking talented individuals to join our existing EYP team across the county for a fixed term, to extend our offer to families in response to Covid-19.
You will be responsible for the planning, organisation and delivery of high quality crèches and EYFS groups for families with children aged 0-5 years.
You will have a recognised level 3 qualification in Early Years Care and Education, and will need to show a deep understanding of early years foundation stage approaches, and the ability to make Early Years settings positive and welcoming environments for families.
You’ll be working as part of an integrated Early Help service which includes Health Visiting colleagues and you will need to show partnership and communication skills.
In return, we offer competitive pay, great opportunities for professional development, and the chance to be part of an Outstanding Children’s Service that is committed to bringing about change in the lives of vulnerable children and families.
Our Integrated Early Years offer is high impact. We know we are making a difference because that’s what families tell us.
So, if you’d like to be part of our progressive team, apply NOW.
