We are looking for a dynamic, charasmatic and engaging multi-tasking, skilled Administrator, with a keen eye for detail and excellent Customer Service skills for this fast paced SSA Facilities Management Team.

This is a newly created service that brings a fresh approach to Facilities Management with the wider team operating across both Richmond and Wandsworth councils bringing a unique employment opportunity.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a professional, friendly customer based service for event management at York House.

You will be responsible for planning and co-ordinating events in the Public Halls portfolio and liaising with both internal and external customers.

In addition to this, the successful applicant will provide support to the wider Facilities Management team including data analysis, managing and maintaining accurate records and must demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to work in a flexible and co-operative approach towards changing business needs.

You will be reporting to the FM Operations Manager and you will be part of a supportive, energetic team, working together to address the challenges in this fast paced, varied and exciting environment, and you will need to have experience of working within a pressurised environment and prioritising a hectic workload, and have the flexibility and opportuity to increase your own knowledge and skills set.
 
Your duties will include but not be limited to;

• First point of contact for staff & external customers visiting York house
• Provision of a bespoke customer experience for event management
• Dealing with enquiries from potential hirers by telephone, email and face to face interaction
• Provide administrative Support across the wider Facilities Management Team
