Hertfordshire’s County Council’s Integrated Services for Learning (ISL) has undergone a restructure and we are now looking for additional SEND officers within the statutory SEND service.
The role works under the direction of the SEND team manager to deliver high quality services for children and young people with SEND 0-25 years in line with the SEND Code of Practice, statutory responsibilities and the authority’s policies and strategies.
We are looking for individuals educated to A level or equivalent as a minimum, with substantial experience of SEND. You will have excellent organisational skills, a high level of literacy and knowledge of SEND in a school or setting based environment.
You must also hold a current driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work.
