The role of the job is to provide operational technical support to all relevant service areas which is professional, flexible and responsive to the needs of the services.
The duties will be to provide administrative, financial and customer service support to operational services including; income recovery, maintenance of booking systems, upkeep of operational maintenance records and responding to customer enquiries.
Experience of working in an administrative and financial environment. Effective communication skills, good practical experience of all Microsoft Office software.
Previous experience of administering IT systems and use of IT packages.
