About the role
An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a Senior Practitioner in the Sensory Impairment and Reablement Team.
The team works in partnership with services from within East Sussex that includes the Health Authority, the voluntary sector and private organisations, to meet the needs of clients with a sensory impairment. Key functions of the team include rehabilitation and reablement, safeguarding, care management and provision of specialist equipment, adaptations and assistive technology.
Your responsibilities will include the management of the team’s duty function.
You will need to be a qualified and experienced Social Work, or a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist, with excellent knowledge of practice, have experience in Safeguarding Adults and a strong commitment to staff support and supervision.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
