About the role
The Area Controller of Premises visits sites across the County to undertake H&S inspections and report on building issues, H&S and general site conditions and provide this information to property maintenance through specific reports.
The post holder will also provide support to staff of certain active sites to ensure the duties of the Controller of Premises are fulfilled.
The successful candidate will be well organised, self-motivated, and have experience of managing their own workload with a good understanding of statutory compliance and H&S.
The area controller of premises will also assist ESCC property Estates in carrying out various inspections from time to time

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
