We seek to appoint a member of staff who are committed to high standards and achieving the best for the children in our thriving school.
 
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who;
 

  • Have completed the NVQ /NCFE Level 2 Teaching Assistants’ Course

  • Achieved National Qualification Framework (NQF) Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy

  • Have an understanding of / experience of working with primary children

  • Have an understanding of / experience of children with language and communication difficulties

  • Have an understanding of the National Curriculum

  • Have competent skills in both literacy and numeracy

  • Be committed to working with the successful team ethos of Hope Primary School

  • Work closely with the class teacher following plans and targets and the ability to work flexibly

 
The successful candidate will be expected to be highly experienced to have good interpersonal skills, excellent attendance and punctuality record and a good standard of education.  There are opportunities for professional development through the school’s excellent CPD programme.
