One Leisure is looking for an enthusiastic and committed marketing and communications professional to work in the Leisure and Health team, representing the One Leisure brand.

The successful applicant will support the tactical delivery, development and visibility of the corporate marketing function across One Leisure, including all five leisure centres and the Active Lifestyles Team.

Working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, you will need to be flexible, work with a diverse range of people and be highly organised in your approach. You will be experienced in, and passionate about providing the very best, innovative and creative solutions with excellent digital communication skills. You will also know when to proactively seek information for providing relevant content.

Specifically you will be required to demonstrate knowledge and experience with clear evidence of success in the following:

  • Traditional Marketing and Communications awareness
  • Design creation for print ready material
  • Competency in the delivery of website content
  • Creative content including social video
  • Scheduling and reporting of marketing and communications content
  • Image creation
  • Social media experience (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Hootsuite)
  • Communications skills including PR experience and creation of press releases
  • Basic abilities in working with Key Performance metrics
  • Management of App content and scheduling
  • Experience of maintaining professional relationships with suppliers and external partners
  • Understanding of market segmentation and the use of this to drive targeted marketing campaigns
