About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Practitioner to join the management team based at the Conquest Hospital, St Leonards on Sea and be part of an established, dynamic and busy team Adult Social Care team.
You will have a good knowledge and understanding of the of The Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005 as well as risk assessment which will drive your management and practice- a good understanding of Safeguarding Adults Policy and Procedures and a good knowledge base and a track record in undertaking Safeguarding Enquires will be essential.
You will need to be confident and competent in assessing risk, identifying appropriate need and have experience of providing social care/ multidisciplinary interventions. The ability to work effectively in a team, commitment to customer service and excellent communication skills are essential.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
