Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 5.85 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

About the role
Willingdon Primary School is looking to appoint Individual Needs Assistants to support children across the school with additional needs.

These posts will be working with children with specific learning difficulties and supporting social and emotional needs. Experience with dealing with challenging behaviour would be advantageous and the ability to show understanding and empathy is a must.
There are morning and afternoon sessions available to include the lunch time and applications for full days would also be considered. All posts would be for 5 days per week term time only. Please indicate on your application form whether you wish to work mornings, afternoons or full days.
These posts will initially be fixed term for one year starting in September 2021.
