Experienced Administrator required for a busy, fast paced Social Care department. Working 30 hours per week over 5 days.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work in our Quality Assurance and Safeguarding team. This is a rewarding and varied administrative role in which you will be providing administrative support to the Child In Care Team. Your duties will include sending out documents before and after meetings, collating reports, ensuring statutory deadlines are met and maintaining records and databases.
Previous experience of working within administration is essential for this post, we are looking for someone who is highly organised, able to prioritise work accordingly and has a can do attitude, excellent IT skills and an eye for detail. Minute taking is also desirable for this position however, full training will be given on this so a willingness to take minutes of high levels meetings is essential.
