We are looking for an experienced administrative business support officer to provide support to the Corporate Parenting Team within Children’s Services.
It is important that applicants have financial experience as this role requires processing a number of invoices and payments for the Corporate Parenting Team.
The role will also include inputting data into the Council’s information systems.
You will administer processes and procedures using available equipment and ICT packages to meet organisational standards and requirements.
You will deal efficiently with telephone queries from other departments and also from external service users.
You will be required to answer telephone calls and offer some flexibility in terms of supporting some of the duties of other business support staff during periods of absence or high volumes of work.
The role is based in Medway and some travel may be required.
