We are seeking customer centric individuals to join our Income Maximisation and Welfare team.
Income Maximisation and Welfare
As a specialist Advisor you will handle more complex cases and be responsible for the end to end customer journey, mentoring, training and guidance to Advisors on your area of expertise.
This role will ensure the timely and efficient recovery of Council Tax, Business Rates, Rent Arrears, Housing Benefit Overpayment Recovery and Car Parking Penalties and Permits whilst balancing the needs of the customers welfare.
You will have proven experience and hold the relevant training and qualifications in income recovery. We require the preferred candidate to be proficient at providing excellent customer service, effective communication skills and be a team player.
The post holder will be responsible for resolving complaints, MP enquiries and FOI requests as directed by the manager to a successful resolution for the customer.
You will be self-motivated, and be able to work under pressure whilst maintaining good attention to detail.
