We are recruiting a Family Support Worker to join our Adolescent team.
You will have a caseload of varying complexity, completing assessments and reviews. You will also support social workers who are working with families with multiple and complex needs, by offering practical support to the children’s carers/families.
Previous experience of undertaking direct work with children and young people and being able to evidence an understanding of the child’s lived experience is essential.
You must hold a NVQ level 2 in Social Care, or equivalent, together with GCSE’s in English and Maths at Grade 5 or above.
A full UK driving licence and daily use of a car is essential.
