This post has been created to facilitate the progression of a county wide approach to tackling homelessness. The 5 local housing authorities in Oxfordshire, are contributing funding to ensure delivery of the Single Homeless and Rough Sleeping Strategy.
The postholder will work to the Countywide Strategic Homelessness Officer to project manage the development of county wide approaches to preventing and resolving homelessness. There will be a significant focus on ensuring that the creation of data management systems including the By Names List are fit for purpose.
We are looking to recruit a Project and Data Manager to support delivery of the transformation of single homelessness services.
The ideal candidates will have some project management and significant data management experience. You will need to be a self starter with the confidence and authority to develop strong working relationships with housing, health and social care professionals, the voluntary and community sector and other key stakeholders. In return you will have the opportunity to contribute to the transformation of the homelessness system in Oxfordshire and the satisfaction of improving outcomes for vulnerable people.
