About the role
Midday Supervisory Assistants - Hazel Court School and FE Department, part of The Southfield Trust
The Southfield Trust is seeking to appoint Midday Supervisory Assistants for Hazel Court School and FE Department for September 2021. These are fixed term posts until 31st March 2022. MDSAs work 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only. Candidates should be motivated with the ability to work alone as well as part of a team assisting the pupils and students during the lunchtime period. This covers a wide range of activities.
The Southfield Multi Academy Trust consists of three exceptional special schools - The South Downs School, The Lindfield School and Hazel Court School, which provide the best possible educational opportunities for all its learners and their families. The Trust is also currently in an exciting phase of development including the opening of a new Free School.
You will work alongside a friendly and supportive staff team who have a wealth of expertise and are committed to the continuing professional development of all staff - offering a strong programme of in school training. Candidates should be aware they may be asked to work on any one of the Trust’s sites if required. As this post is part time the salary will be paid at a pro rata rate. The actual salary for this post will be £4,230 per annum.
