About the role
St Mary’s school wish to appoint an experienced individual to work within our school & residential areas. St Mary’s is a special school & college that meets the needs of a wide range of children.
The Site manager will be responsible for overseeing health & safety management. Candidates should have significant experience of maintenance work, including both buildings & grounds. They should also have experience of managing building projects. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication, organisational & planning skills, which demonstrate attention to detail, the ability to manage a staff team, excellent practical skills & they will be able to take responsibility for health & safety management.
The candidate should have a clean driving license, ideally with D1 classification.
