About The Role
As our recruiting expert you’ll be required to manage all live recruitment campaigns for our clients. You’ll work closely with HR and Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and manage resourcing projects from point of sale to completion.
As part of your campaign management responsibilities, you’ll be required to provide longlisting and shortlisting material, headhunt candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and conduct telephone interviews in order to screen these candidates.
You may also be required to manage internal recruitment for JGP, working closely with stakeholders within the business to understand our recruitment needs.
You’ll be an experienced recruiter with either an agency, internal or RPO background. You’ll need to have knowledge and experience of LinkedIn Recruiter to headhunt candidates and create candidate pipelines for campaigns.
You should be proficient in the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and have proven experience of negotiation with candidates and clients, as well as working with senior stakeholders.
You’ll be well organised and empathetic, with an understanding of the challenges facing Hiring Managers in the public sector.
