St Albans is a unique English Cathedral City with a colourful history which can be seen in the Roman remains and variety of beautiful architecture, heritage sites and conservation areas. Set within green belt, off the M25, A1M and M1 the District includes a cathedral, historic city centre and charming villages. You will be contributing to the Council’s vital Covid Recovery work. This will mean being the key point of contact for bid applications to help the Council undertake recovery work. You will support senior managers by providing research and data analysis and other high-level administrative work.

 

We are looking for a confident and able graduate, ideally with a financial or public administration related degree. You must be able to prove that you are experienced at undertaking high quality research and are capable of distilling key points in clear well-written documents. It is important that you are able to use sound judgement in order to come to sensible findings and assessments. Therefore, whilst you will be given clear direction, you will be expected to work independently within given parameters.
