Hours of work: 2.25 per week
Working pattern: Part-time and Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 5.5 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

About the role

Breakfast Club Leader – Three Mornings a Week

The Skylark Federation are looking for a motivated, Breakfast Club Leader for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings.  The position is to join our welcoming and friendly school at Plumpton School.  If you are a parent at the school your child(ren) could attend the club free of charge.

We are a popular group of schools that are expanding and we would love to welcome you to our Federation.

We will provide you with training.  We are looking for a person to make the children’s breakfast of toast or cereal, provide activities and to be friendly and welcoming.

There is potential for additional hours.

Hours of Work: 07.45 - 8.30

 

This post is covered by the Childcare Disqualification Regulations 2018.  

The school will need to ensure that they are not knowingly employing a person who is disqualified under the 2018 Regulations in connection with relevant childcare provision.  Accordingly, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate to the school, by completing a self-declaration form as part of the pre-employment checks process, that they have not been disqualified under the 2018 Regulations.  

If the preferred candidate is found to be disqualified under the 2018 Regulations, the offer of employment will be subject to the application by the preferred candidate to Ofsted for a waiver and the receipt of a waiver from Ofsted.
