Starting date: ASAP
Single Status Grade 11 (£33,145 - £35,802)
Permanent contract - 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
From September, Cavendish School will be working in partnership with two other local Eastbourne schools (Stafford Junior School and Roselands Infant School) and we are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and committed professional to lead on the financial management for the Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your skills and expertise to develop our trust’s financial systems and processes. If you have the skills, drive and enthusiasm this could be the perfect role for you.
The successful candidates will:
- Lead on the financial planning and monitoring to support the trust’s strategic plans.
- Manage staff across all school sites
- Ensure that all statutory and compliance requirements are met across the schools in accordance with budget plans.
- Be the lead person on completion of EFSA/DfE returns
- Be an excellent communicator as the role will be liaising with senior leaders for budget monitoring.
- Be a team player who is supportive of colleagues
As a full time position you will receive an annual leave entitlement per year and you will join a team of dedicated and hard-working staff.
