Hours of work: 14.25 hours per week
Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 5.85 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)

About the role
Cradle Hill Community Primary School is a medium size primary school which has 600 pupils on roll, it is currently going through an exciting transition and will potentially grow to 630 pupils by September 2021. We are seeking to appoint a Breakfast & Afterschool Play worker to join our well established Afterschool club (Kittiwakes) Team. The role is currently for 3 mornings 7.45am until 8.45am a week and 5 days after school a week from 3.15pm until 5.30pm.
You will help provide a safe and caring environment and assist with the preparation and delivery of creative play opportunities for the children who attend.
It is a requirement of the post to hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and training will be provided for this.
This is a varied role which includes working inside the school and outside with children ranging from Reception to Year 6. We welcome applications from candidates who have experience working or volunteering in the education sector, however training and on-going professional development is available.
