With two vacancies available, this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Fostering Service as a Therapeutic Support Worker.
You will be experienced in working with children and families and have a good knowledge of child development and the impact of trauma on behaviour, with excellent communication skills.
You will work closely with fostering families to enable carers to build strong relationships with children based on therapeutic parenting and interventions. The role provides both practical and specialist advice to the family as well as acting as a lead co-ordinator for any additional support services.
