We are currently recruiting for a Local Land Charges Support Worker to undertake the day-to-day duties as requested by the Local Land Charges (LLC) Manager and to ensure the efficient and effective provision of the LLC service.

Duties include:

  • Recording search requests on Outlook.
  • Ensuring turnaround times are adhered to for different search types.
  • Replying to agents, solicitors etc.
  • Printing off and collating search requests (official & personal).
  • Acting on routine correspondence & telephone enquiries.
  • Updating search log and EIR request log daily or weekly.
  • Digitising Planning daily (including checking IDOX).
  • Processing online payments.
  • Entering searches on M3 (the LLC computer system).
  • Printing off and collating validation sheets.
  • Requesting payments and processing payments for “personal” searches (weekly).
  • Requesting payments for account customers and processing payments (monthly).
  • Working with the other team members to prepare the M3 database for migration to the Land Registry (in accordance with the Infrastructure Act 2015) and then assist with maintaining the data after the migration.
