We are looking for an experienced, committed and customer focussed Customer Engagement Officer to join our small Customer Engagement team based at our Lifeline Offices, Loughborough.
Applicants must have proven experience of working with tenants and local communities and encouraging them to participate in developing and improving services.
It is also essential that applicants can engage with and understand the needs of our diverse customers and their communities and able to develop new ways to engage with customers.
You will need to demonstrate that you have excellent communication and IT skills, are customer focussed and can work with customers, staff and other stakeholders.
Candidates must be prepared to occasionally work outside normal office hours and be able to travel throughout the borough.
