An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our integrated social care and health team. You will provide assessments for adults with disabilities and their carers, in order to facilitate their independence in the community. You will visit customers in their own homes, set person centred goals, identify and provide a wide range of support and intervention.
You will come to the role with energy, enthusiasm and an understanding of the Care Act . You will have experience in a physical setting, reablement, manual handling, and understanding of housing adaptation would be an advantage.
