The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Revenues and Benefits Service is committed to providing high quality services to all of its residents. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Housing Benefit/Council Tax Reduction Assessment Officer to join our successful team. You will be dealing with all aspects relating to the accurate and prompt processing of work associated with Housing Benefits, Council Tax Reduction and Discretionary Housing Payment claims.
You must have a proven track record in the assessment of Housing Benefit and Council Tax support and have a clear understanding of current Housing Benefit regulations.
You must be able to manage your own workload and ensure you are effective in balancing priorities. The position is highly demanding, you will be dealing with a high workload. We are looking for someone with a professional and friendly approach to give excellent customer service to our residents.
