About the role
Are you dynamic, organised and committed to providing high standards of care and service delivery?
We are looking for the right person to manage our day centre and Community outreach team. The role is full time, 37 hours per week.
Confident and solution focused, you’ll be part of the Milton Grange management team focusing on the day to day management and development of day and community-based support services, including the effective deployment, management, training and supervision of staff.
You will also oversee the quality assurance for these services.
By identifying learning and good practice, you will help raise the quality of our service delivery even further.
You will be committed to providing a safe, flexible and responsive service, when and where needed by clients and their carers that offers personalised individual support services that are outcome focussed.
You will need management or supervisory experience within directly provided services and have a total commitment to customer care. You will also have an extensive working knowledge and experience of the CQC requirements and will be able to evidence a solution-focused approach to service development.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
