Join the Active Surrey Board
Are you passionate about increasing physical activity levels and enabling everyone in Surrey to realise the benefits that moving more can have on our health, our communities and our county? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Board Member with Active Surrey, the county’s not-for-profit Active Partnership.
We are looking for strategic thinkers, with the drive to use the power of physical activity to tackle inequality, to join the Active Surrey Board. In particular, we welcome applications from people with a deep financial or accountancy background.
Our ideal candidate would have:
- Deep Knowledge of Finance and accountancy.
- A passion for physical activity and an understanding of the wider outcomes it can inspire
- A knowledge of the county and an ambition to tackle inequality in areas of deprivation
