We are looking for practitioners, with demonstrable experience of working in an Adult Safeguarding context, including having undertaken or played a significant role in, Sec 42 Enquiries under the Care Act 2014.
You will have a sound knowledge of relevant legislative frameworks, including the Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Human Rights legislation, and you will have an ability to demonstrate a commitment to the principles of Making Safeguarding Personal whilst discharging your statutory Duties. You will have strong communication skills and be confident in working with all stakeholders, with an ability to think flexibly and creatively in a solution focused way.
