Job Title: Admin Support Officer, Registration Team

Salary Range: £19,312 pa progressing to £20,903 pa
Hours: 37 per week
In this role you will be part of the Registration Admin team who take 60,000 telephone calls and deal with 30,000 email enquiries per annum for the Registration Service. You will be required to explain clearly and concisely complex rules, regulations and legislative requirements to members of the public. You will be self motivated with an excellent telephone manner and have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. Competent IT skills are essential as you will be required to use an electronic booking system and internet based Registration on-line. Experience of using Microsoft Office is essential.
