Salary - East Sussex Single Status Local Pay Structure
Grade 4 (£18,933 to £19,312 per annum) pro rata
Actual salary equates to £10,234 to £10,439 per annum
Occasional weekend working and overtime may be available
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic worker to join our team of Premises staff as a Maintenance Caretaker at this 11–19 College and Centre for Adult Learning. You will be required to work as part of a team of four premises staff, ensuring that the College environment and premises are maintained to the required high standard. A clean Driving Licence is required for this post.
Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Candidates should be well motivated and flexible in their approach to work. Some weekend hours may be required. The post includes working during school holidays where hours may be adjusted to suit the activity.
