Hours of work: 15 hours per week
Working pattern: Full-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 5.85 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 year’s continuous service)

About the role
Cross in Hand is a happy and successful C of E Primary School in Heathfield, East Sussex. We have genuinely lovely children, supportive parents and a great team of staff.
We are looking for an Individual Needs Assistant to support a child during lessons and at playtimes on a job share basis from September 2021. The successful candidate would need to remain calm under pressure and have a firm, consistent yet nurturing approach to supporting children.
Experience of supporting children with challenging behaviour and trauma related attachment needs would be extremely valuable but not essential as appropriate training would be provided.
