Are you reliable, able to work under pressure, and enjoy making a difference to people and communities that need support? We are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to manage significant contracts valuing between £15-21 million.
The Contracts Manager will support the South West Energy Hub deliver a large scale housing retrofit project, investing millions to improve the energy efficiency of the worst performing homes of the lowest income households. The post holder will be responsible for managing a number of Delivery Organisations, ensuring that work is delivered in scope and in line with the contract. The Contracts Manager is the first point of contract for the Delivery Organisation, will undertake regular contract management meetings to keep performance on track, manage risks, contractor costs and quality of service. The post holder will work closely with the team to manage data and performance.
The successful candidate will bring their experience of contract management, preferably with a knowledge of housing retrofit or delivery of commercial construction projects, to make impact from day one.

This role is offered on a fixed term basis until 31 March 2022, with the potential to be extended subject to additional funding. Secondments from other organisations will be considered.
