Prison and Probation Link Recovery Facilitator
An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen at New Hope in Bracknell Forest. New Hope is the centre from which drug and alcohol service are delivered and this role is pivotal in supporting the reduction of drug and alcohol related offending and work with both adults and young people who are involved in the criminal justice system. You will provide support and advice to the service users, their families, and the local community. Knowledge and understanding in respect of reducing offending behaviour would be desirable although training can be provided
The suitable candidate for this post will need to be passionate about helping and supporting challenging people, have excellent skills in assessing needs and identifying risks. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the service users access the right treatment for them as well as represent New Hope professionally with partnership agencies.
We are looking for someone who is person centred, a good communicator and who is solution focussed. Experience of dealing with people with complex needs and experience of working in a similar role is essential.
A high standard of computer literacy and data management is required as is a clear understanding of confidentiality.
