Job Title: Senior Residential Registered Care Manager
Location: South Oxhey, near Watford
Salary Range: £M3 £43,857 progressing to £46,845 or M4 £46,845 progressing to £49,866pa depending on experience and qualifications
Hours: 37 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced care professional to become the Registered Manager of our specialist residential care service. The Fairway in South Oxhey is the designated Hertfordshire COVID-19 setting. The service provides care and enablement to adults who are referred from hospital. We support residents for a relatively short time to return to their home or permanent care setting.
Every effort has been put in place to safeguard both staff and residents during these uncertain times, and the service is very successful. You will have the opportunity to lead an innovative service with an established and experienced team. With responsibility for the operational budget, staff team, and maintaining the highest quality care at all times, we are looking for someone who will be an effective champion for the service. You should have excellent management skills and be able to quickly forge alliances with partners and key stakeholders.
You may already be a registered manager or looking for your first opportunity at this level. Whatever your background you must be passionate about good care and championing personalised services, equality, and human rights.
