Job Title: Admin Support Officer (Contact Tracing)
Salary Range: £19,312 pa (pro rata for 6 months)
Hours: 37 per week
Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term/Secondment
The Public Health team is still very busy responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are looking for a Support Officer on a six-month fixed term contract (or secondment for existing HCC staff) to provide additional support on effective data handling, meeting management and accurate minute taking.
You will be part of a small and friendly team, splitting your time between general administration tasks for the team (particularly focusing on meeting management, minute taking and inbox management) and supporting the outbreak response to Covid-19. As part of the support required for the Covid-19 response, you will be required to undertake inbox management and assist with processing data in a timely and efficient way as well as supporting the local Contact and Trace work.
You will have business support experience, particularly being able to demonstrate effective and efficient meeting support and minute taking. You will also have excellent communication and IT skills. Experience of working in a busy role and dealing with confidential and sensitive information would also be beneficial.
