About the role
We have an excellent and rewarding opportunity for a full-time permanent Service Agreement Assistant to join our team within Adult Social Care Financial Services. The role is office based in St Mary’s House in Eastbourne, although we are currently working from home.
You’ll be a key part of the team and be responsible for ensuring care contracts are accurately in place.
You’ll also coordinate all correspondence for the team by telephone, and email. As well as dealing with queries from care providers you will be providing support for other teams within the Council therefore excellent customer service skills will be required.
You’ll need knowledge of working with computers including Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office. You’ll work on a number of bespoke database systems for which you will receive full training and ongoing support.
Due to the flexible nature of the role it’s important you are organised, self-motivated, collaborative, empathic and have an understanding of the needs of vulnerable people.
If you’re successful you will benefit from access to on-going training as well as excellent standards of support and supervision.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
