NS6 - £20,493 to £21,748 per annum

1 x 1 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT (37 HOURS PER WEEK)

Our Revenues Services are committed to providing a high quality service to its customers. You will become part of a team dealing with customer enquiries, updating and maintaining an accurate database and identifying accounts for suitable recovery action to maximise the collection of Council Tax and Non Domestic Rates. As the job is very much in the public eye, tact, diplomacy, and understanding customers’ needs in a sympathetic manner are essential.

You must be educated to GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English and Mathematics.  You will have experience working in a Revenue services environment and of liaising with Enforcement Agents regarding the recovery of Council Tax and Non Domestic Rates.  You will have an understanding of the law relating to Council Tax, and good communication skills.
