Scale 2/3 (£18,933 - £22,183 per annum)
37 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Blaby District Council within the Customer Services team.
Acting as the first point of contact for our external and internal customers in a courteous and efficient manner, this interesting and varied role will allow you to develop a more direct relationship with our customers whilst dealing with a variety of enquiries and requests
You will deliver a high quality and efficient service professionally and to a high standard, providing accurate information and promoting the services available to our residents with the ability if required to route and direct customers to the appropriate departments and services.
If you are a motivated team player, have an understating of Customer care with experience of communicating at different levels, good IT Skills and can manage your own workload, then we would like to hear from you.

Where are we based?
The Main Council Offices are in a lovely little village called Narborough in Leicestershire which is just 3 miles from the M1, junction 21 and not far from the centre of Leicester. The local train station is only a 5 minutes walk away and there are regular bus links to and from the city centre.
