The role
The Community Response Officer is a uniformed front line position, responsible for dealing with low level anti-social behaviour, domestic noise, environmental crime and other community safety concerns. We have recently been involved as a team in helping the delivery of safe restart work and assisting in community recovery during the Covid pandemic.

The Community Response Team is looking for a highly motivated, organised and self-sufficient person to join the team. We need experienced customer-service focused people, who can organise a diverse workload to strict deadlines and are flexible team players in this varied and evolving area of work.

You will join the team on a career grading scheme which following successful completion of 6 month’s probation and the subsequent attainment of the relevant competency levels allows for the possible progression to Grade 6, at a starting salary of £31, 575 (as at 1st April 2021).
