In your role you will be responsible, as part of a team, for maintaining the smooth running of the state-of-the-art Leisure Centre. You will be the face of the Leisure Centre and it is a great opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic, passionate, and vibrant team. You will be confident and outgoing as your duties will include organising school holiday events and children’s birthday parties. You will also be expected to work in other areas of the leisure centre after appropriate training.
Excellent swimming ability will be required for this post. As part of the interview process you will be required to carry out a swimming Ability Test to ensure you have the skills required to be a Pool Lifeguard.
A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be available.

The temporary post will be until 31 March 2022. Please indicate on your application form whether you would like to be considered for the temporary or permanent post, or both.
