Job Title: ISL Development Manager
Location: County Hall, Hertford
Salary Range: £35,745 - £39,880 pa
Hours: 37 per week
Do you have a passion for and experience of database and systems management as well as delivering service improvement projects?
If so, Hertfordshire’s Integrated Services for Learning (ISL) are looking for an ISL Development Manager to join their newly formed Shared Services team.
You will be involved in overseeing the development and business as usual implementation of the service’s case management database systems and support business improvement through the development and review of effective business processes.
You will have experience of project managing database systems roll out, experience of providing support and training to staff as well as the ability to translate data and service intelligence into operational actions. You will have strong communication and negotiation skills as well as the ability to challenge practice with tact and diplomacy to drive forward change.
