We are looking for a Reception Officer with experience to control the various administration work streams within Fleet Management & Maintenance to ensure an efficient and effect use of resources. The position will be based in the Fleet Management Reception Office, dealing with all related Transport enquires, Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Taxi Compliance tests, class IV, V, VII MOT tests and customer related servicing and repairs.
The reception is the Hub of all the transport enquiries related to the operational services provided by the Authority; this includes, Refuse Collection, Open Spaces, Client Transport, Community Meals and Environmental Services. The person must have excellent administration skills and have extensive experience of working with customers in a busy reception environment.
