Your role in our journey
To lead the management and supervision of the early years provision within the setting, leading on developing a safe and stimulating learning environment and adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements
What you’ll need
Alongside an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent qualification you will also need to evidence that you have relevant experience of leading practice in the day care room(s), modelling and encouraging high quality practice and professionalism at all times, contributing to staff’s professional development
Your communication skills, flexible approach and flair for building relationships will really set you apart.
