This role is in our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Team. As a member of the team you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to assist in the smooth running of the service by providing administrative support to the social workers and managers. This will include processing referrals and initial contacts and uploading information using our client database system, taking complex meeting minutes, data entry, telephone contact with professionals and clients and other general administrative tasks. It's a fast paced and varied role and we'll make sure that you get all the training and support you need to succeed.
You will need excellent communication skills to liaise with a variety of professionals and other agencies at the forefront of our service, strong MS Office skills and have a real passion for delivering excellent customer service.
