Swale Academies Trust is seeking to appoint a Deputy Head of School to work collaboratively with the Executive Headteacher, to support the development of our Eastbourne hub of Primary schools.
The Swale family of Eastbourne Primaries currently comprises of two large primary schools, a two form entry infant school and junior school: Langney Primary Academy, Shinewater Primary School, Parkland Infant School and Parkland Junior School. The post holder will work across all schools in support of the Executive Headteacher.
The ideal candidate will have strong strategic leadership and management skills, with extensive experience as a senior leader. The ability to work flexibly across the schools in wide-ranging roles and projects, as required, is a must. You must therefore be adept, have good communication skills, be able to establish strong working relationships with different senior leaders and staff teams, and enjoy being at the forefront with teaching innovations.
